Sustainable offices for our new headquarters in Madrid. After 20 years in Caleruega Street, we´ve just moved our offices and showroom in Madrid to a new space in line with current office design trends and, above all, more aligned with company’s environmental commitment. “One of the most interesting aspects of this building was it has the Breeam sustainable construction certification , which means lower energy and water consumption, but also a positive impact on the health and well-being of the workers,” explains Jonatan Molina, Ofita Madrid Manager.

These sustainable offices are Breeam Green Building Certified

Sustainable offices with the latest office trends

The showroom is designed to show “Ofita innovation” and the latest trends in furniture and work space design. “The pandemic has changed the way of working, and the office has become a place to socialize, where to meet, work better as a team and have connections with the brand, and that is also what we´ve tried to generate in this space both for our own employees and for our clients to perceive it in their visits ”, adds Jonatan Molina when describing these sustainable offices.

In this space, the latest lines of Ofita furniture are already on display. Especially noteworthy are Forthink, redesigned during the pandemic in response to new forms of agile, mobile and collaborative work, and the Ofita anti Covid solutions, such as protection screens, the first “Zero Covid” tables, which prevent contagion by contact with surfaces, and Vetrospace acoustic pods, with antiviral and bacterial properties.

With the opening of these sustainable offices in Madrid, Ofita has also made a significant commitment to greater visibility of its brand beyond the professional sector, which, until a year ago, Ofita was exclusively targeting. “During the pandemic, we responded to the teleworking increase in Spain launching Ofita Store, the online store with ergonomic, quality and design furniture for a healthy Home Office“, explains the General Manager of Ofita, Camilo Agromayor.

The new sustainable offices and showroom are located in the Instel building in San Sebastián de los Reyes, a spectacular double-height space with three facades with natural light and direct access from the street level.
