In collaboration with studio Plan Arquitectura, Ofita has developed the furniture for the offices of the new headquarters of Springwater Capital, a leading investment fund in Madrid, located in the heart of one of the most emblematic avenues of the city.
This is an important collaboration, thanks to the uniqueness of the project and the great importance of working with a venture capital company.
Interior design adapted to the façade
The peculiarity of the project, a modern and functional area based on office chairs, armchairs, tables and dividers to create different spaces, lies in the need to adapt to the proper façade of the building.
As it is located in one of the most representative areas of the Gran Via, neo-Renaissance style, the interior design of the office adapts to the curvature of the façade and in harmony with this aesthetic, product line OX was customized, combining the curved boards with Fresh credenza for the whole operational area.
This area is also accompanied by universal cabinets as shot towards the corridor area.
This O.X. line lives in line with a creative and open space, combining design and operationality, suitable for different work dynamics.
Clean and refined aesthetic for all workspaces
The Equis line was chosen for meeting rooms, with natural wood panels and steel base.This way, we achieve a combination which produces harmony in the environment, perfect for the workplace and very in harmony with the space.This is one ofOfita’s most avant-garde lines for management offices. Balanced outlines and clean lines create a very light and clean aesthetic.
