SCHNEIDER Electric Regional Management for Hauts de France has located over 120 people at its new 2000m2 building not including storage space. This building will house all employees on its first floor and on the ground floor it will offer a restaurant for clients, a show room and meeting rooms.
Ofita has furnished the new Schneider headquarters in Lille, France. Its design is characterized by a diversity of spaces in which horizontal communication, teamwork, flexibility and mobility are favoured. To do this, a wide range of spaces has been created that respond to the needs of its users and the new working methodologies today. Furniture – such as lockers or mobile elements and selected operating tables – facilitates these new work dynamics.
The new headquarter puts the focus on people and their well-being, with open, bright and ergonomic work environments, and that foster a positive climate, trust and coexistence.

The project is organized according to the following basic objectives:
Ergonomics at the workplace: Use of Monitor arms placed on District tables, height adjustable tables Easy Level and Bossa chairs to guarantee comfort at the workplace by the customization of the layout.
Acoustic: Installation of acoustic panels for each station, Versa tables pool and a room where users may isolate.
Greenery spaces: Placing 50 window boxes on Universal lockers distributed throughout the open space of the first floor.
Proximity storage: Installation of 150 Lock Lock cabinets with codes in a wide range of colours.
Working boxes: Versa origins High tables allow both reflection and concentration.
Collaborative spaces: The kitchen on the first floor and the bar for clients mix both Atria tables and Versa tables with foldable crossbars.
Adaptable meeting rooms: Meta wheeled foldable tables allowing the modification of the space within minutes.
Users may unfold in a dynamic, adaptable, green, colourful and modern environment.
