With the help of Savills, CESCE, an insurance company on its own behalf and on behalf of the State, has redesigned its corporate headquarters, adapting it to the new times and transforming its offices into a new space that meets the criteria of wellbeing, sustainability and functionality.

In the new offices, hierarchies are diluted in more horizontal and transparent spaces, creating a more social and collaborative environment. This facilitates the exchange of ideas and informal meetings, and generates community.

The new hybrid work environment, technology and digitalization and new ways of working have had a direct impact on the interior design of these offices, located in Madrid’s Calle Velázquez.

In CESCE’s new headquarters, greater team interaction and flexibility are key words, and Ofita furniture has played a key role in achieving these two objectives.
