The design of spaces at Endesa’s headquarters in Madrid, which has just been remodelled, focuses on values such as sustainability and commitment to people, and perfectly embodies the new ways of working, which today are more flexible, social and collaborative than ever.

These spectacular offices furnished by Ofita host a wide typology of spaces for different activities, both social and individual.

The project remodels the traditional space by abandoning allocated workstations and adding warmth, comfort and aesthetics to functionality.

The operational posts, designed by Ofita in a clover or bench configuration, according to functional and aesthetic needs, are not assigned and next to them are located different areas designed for collaboration, formal and informal, in different formats in terms of design and equipment: from agoras for innovation and more relaxed meetings, to conventional meeting rooms and rooms configured and equipped with technology to maintain remote communications. The furniture favours each of these dynamics.

In open space offices such as these, there is also no shortage of areas for concentration, and of course soft seating and rest areas. Because if there is one characteristic that predominates over the rest in its design, it is the humanisation of the environment, which can be appreciated in every functional and aesthetic detail, from the incorporation of plants, biophilia, to the finishes or the colour and especially the comfort of the selected furniture.
