INIBSA has modernised its offices to improve the well-being of its employees and encourage teamwork, communication, flexibility and creativity.

The renovation includes an open collaborative work space, individual rooms for privacy and concentration, meeting rooms for short and long meetings and a creative area for employees. In addition, the office has phone booths for telephone conversations or video conferences and collaborative areas with sofas to encourage dialogue.

Sustainability has been a key aspect in the refurbishment, as well as the selected Ofita furniture that has significantly contributed to achieve the objective of this refurbishment: to offer a more comfortable, technological, sustainable and natural working environment to improve the experience of its collaborators.

The palette of soft and neutral colours, in all the elements, including the furniture, also favours the comfort of these offices, as they provide a sense of calm and a relaxed atmosphere.

 

The project is in the first phase of the remodeling of its headquarters. Between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, an additional floor of office space will be added to the building.
