SpaceWorks designed Manta’s new offices in Lisbon, furnished by Ofita, in one of our latest international projects.

The design of this work environment allows employees to work in flexible spaces adapted to their needs, increasing their productivity and job satisfaction. This flexibility is achieved thanks to the furniture and the implementation of different spaces for different types of work; from a cafeteria area to a boardroom or operational areas, among others. With a design concept that aims to respond to the way people work and live today.

In these offices we find two operational options: flexible work areas (with high tables and stools) and other fixed areas, both in open space or in closed rooms, allowing teams to choose the one that best suits their way of working.

The offices also have spaces designed for socializing and creative collaboration. In addition, the architecture and furnishings favor the use of technology for seamless communication between employees and work teams.

Functionality and ergonomics form a perfect tandem in the selected office furniture. This is clearly seen, for example, in the choice of height-adjustable desks, designed to take care of people while they work. Another outstanding feature of the furniture is its flexibility, which makes it possible to adapt certain spaces to the needs of the teams and/or the activities to be carried out. 

The Manta offices are located in the Lumnia building at the Exeo Office Campus in Parque das Nações, one of the largest office projects in the city of Lisbon. The FAS Group was the company responsible for the work.
