Ofita has furnished the new corporate headquarters in Barcelona of NTT Data, a company in the top 10 IT service providers in the world. It is an impressive complex that houses a whole work philosophy that puts people at the centre. A healthy headquarters for people and the environment. Ofita furniture contributes significantly to this wellness and sustainability agenda.

These new offices are located in 22@, the city’s technology district, and have a total surface area of more than 20,000 m2 with the capacity to house 2,500 professionals.

They have been designed under a new BeFlex working model, intended to be a meeting and co-creation space for teams, customers and partners and to cope with the company’s growth rate in the region.

The conceptual and aesthetic design of the headquarters has been conceived taking into account two fundamental concepts for the company: its origins and talent. For this reason, its floors are themed with some of the most emblematic places in the different areas of the city.

The building houses all kinds of spaces and services: business centre, events room, recruiting area, medical service, breastfeeding area, multi-purpose rooms, experiential area for clients and recreational area, among many others.

The architecture and construction firms Savills Arquitectura and CBRE have participated in this spectacular project.
