Ofita has successfully passed audits for the renewal of the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certificates.
Recently, Ofita also renewed its commitment to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact; it is likewise associated with “Stop CO2 Euskadi”, and is a member of the Green Agreement which is promoted from the Green Capital; Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Ofita products are eco-designed according to ISO 14006 and are certified according to UNE-EN ISO 14001. Years ago, Ofita also obtained the Integrated Environmental Authorisation (AAI), which groups all business activity permits and licences on an environmental level.
