Ofita has signed the Code of Principles for Generational Diversity, promoted by the Generation & Talent Observatory. With its membership, Ofita recognizes the favorable development of people management based on equal opportunities regardless of age, and ensuring non-discrimination and respect for generational diversity.

Jonatan Molina, Ofita’s commercial director, received this certificate during the Generacción Awards gala, which annually recognizes organizations that have promoted practices to improve awareness, promotion, dissemination or research of generational diversity, outside or within the organization itself and whose beneficiaries are individuals or other organizations.

“Ofita takes a new step in its firm social commitment to labor equity and joins with great enthusiasm the Code of Principles for Generational Diversity promoted by the Generation Talent Observatory. We have signed an action that Ofita has been promoting since its inception: professional development based on non-discrimination and equal opportunities for all employees regardless of age, gender, culture or race. At Ofita, the generational diversity of our employees is a reality,” said Jonatan Molina when he received the award.
